Who are existing members?
The GREATER CHARLOTTE HEALTHCARE EXECUTIVES GROUP (GCHEG) serves the metro Charlotte area as well as western North Carolina. GCHEG’s current membership ranks include over 200 professionals affiliated with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
Who can become a member of GCHEG?
Anyone who is a current member of ACHE is afforded membership status upon request. Those who are not members of ACHE may still join GCHEG upon written request and approval of the Board of GCHEG. We encourage new members from outside traditional hospital employers, such as insurers/managed care organizations, consulting groups, group practice management, current students of health administration programs, etc.
What are the benefits of membership?
We act as a local resource to publicize the national ACHE and the importance of membership. Members participate and attend networking and speaking events. The GCHEG also helps to promote advancement in ACHE by working closely with the area Regent, the Regent's Advisory Council, and College staff.
